Warranty

BELLISGIRL  products are guaranteed. According to the law established in Portugal, all items are guaranteed for 3 years, from the date the purchase invoice is issued. However, BELLISGIRL excludes any liability for damage to articles derived from lack of precaution and for inappropriate and neglected use.

Some cases where the guarantee does not apply:

In case of Jewells

. Discoloration due to exposure to chemicals, creams, perfumes, makeup;

. Discoloration due to exposure to water, bath, pool;

. Natural fading or disappearance of the rhodium or gold bath, conditioned by the natural PH of each skin;

. Whenever the customer or third parties have modified or repaired the part;

. Whenever the piece in question has been exposed to adverse conditions or considered abnormal for the good use of jewelery;

In case of clothing or other art objects

. Whenever the customer or third parties have modified or repaired the part;
